Betsy is our President and Owner of Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd. Betsy has over 30 years of experience in all aspects of the real estate industry, specializing in title insurance and escrow. Among her many titles, she was a Closing Manager, Asset Manager and Bank Liquidation Specialist for the F.D.I.C. She has owned two title companies, First American Title of Breckenridge and Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd. Betsy's extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial sales including REO transactions along with her ability to solve problems has made Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd. a respected designated Closing Agent for the U.S. Department of HUD. Betsy is innovative and intuitive. Betsy knows the industry and under her leadership our company has the abilities and determination to provide the best in service in the real estate title insurance and escrow industry. |

Michelle McCollum
Michelle is Chief Operating Officer for Williams Title Guaranty and Escrow Agency, Ltd. Michelle has a vast background in real estate and technology as well as a multitude of experience in varied aspects of the real estate industry, including REO asset management and real estate escrow and closings. Michelle is proficient in federal contract procurement, management, telecommunications, non-profit regulations and guidelines and has strong overall "operations" experience. Michelle oversees all reporting requirements, processes and procedures utilized by all employees and managers of Williams Title. She is highly motivated and an expert in "statistics calculations" and it is because of her expertise in these areas that Williams Title is always "on top" of its goals and accomplishments. She is responsible for compliance of our Private Industry and Federal Contract Guidelines as well as reporting requirements, Michelle is a graduate from the University of Colorado. | |
